At Trail Volt, we want you to shop with confidence. Every electric bike we sell comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand—please review the details below.

15-Day Money Back Guarantee

• Return your undamaged/unused bike within 15 days of purchase for a refund.

1-Year Limited Warranty

• 1-year coverage on the bike frame, battery, and components.

• Warranty begins from the date the original owner receives the product.

• Only the original purchaser is covered (proof of purchase required).

What’s Covered

• Manufacturer defects in frame, battery, and components.

• Shipping damage (report within 7 days of delivery with photos/video).

• Replacement of defective parts (labour not included).

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. brake pads, tyres, tubes, chains).

• Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper storage.

• Cosmetic issues (scratches, paint fade, corrosion).

• Bikes used outside intended purpose (stunt riding, racing, etc.).

• Stolen bikes or second-hand purchases (unless within the original 1-year period and you have the original order details).

2-Year Limited Warranty

• Covers motor, controller, and frame against manufacturing defects.

1-Year Limited Warranty

• Covers battery, brakes, fork, rear shock, bike computer, PAS sensor, charger, rims, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, crankset, rear rack, shifting systems, and other key components.

• Battery warranty excludes damage from power surges, improper chargers, misuse, normal wear, or water damage.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in covered parts.

• Parts damaged in shipping (report within 14 days of delivery).

• In some cases, up to £200 may be authorised for local bike shop repairs (must be pre-approved).

What’s Not Covered

• Consumables & wear items (tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, seats, spokes).

• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, stunt riding, or water ingress.

• Bikes purchased second-hand or outside authorised channels.

• Any damage caused by unauthorised service or non-Cyrusher parts.

Important Notes (All Brands)

• Warranties apply only to the original purchaser from authorised sellers.

• Labour costs for part replacement are not included unless expressly stated.

• Customers may be responsible for shipping costs per manufacturer policy.

• Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging until your bike is fully inspected.

• Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance to keep your warranty valid.
